Before anything else: the images of AQUA ORGWAN on this website are architect's visualisations. The resort is under construction, so no photograph of a finished building exists yet. We would rather label them clearly than let a render do work that a photograph has not earned. Our finished projects — Aqua Infinity, Almaza Suites and the rest — are photographed, and you can compare the two for yourself.
Pricing
Unit-level pricing for AQUA ORGWAN is not published on this site yet. Prices, layouts and payment terms for the current release come from the sales office, and the fastest way to get them is to register interest — that way you hear about a release rather than reading about it afterwards.
What to ask before buying off plan
- What is on site today, and what stage is construction actually at?
- Is the July 2028 completion date written into the contract?
- Is the payment schedule tied to construction milestones?
- What is specified for the finishes — in text, not in renders?
- What is the remedy if handover is late?
Judge us on what is finished
The honest way to assess an off-plan purchase is to look at what the developer has already delivered. We have handed over five projects since 2018, the two most recent in 2024 and 2025, and both are open to visit. Come and see a building that exists before you buy one that does not.
