Who we are
This website is run by Al Masriya for Housing and Touristic Development, a property developer in Hurghada, Egypt. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through it. For anything about your data, contact us here:
- almasria.developments@gmail.com
- +20 102 910 0789
- El Gouna Road, 15 Al Ahyaa, AQUA Infinity Resort, Hurghada, Egypt
What we collect and why
Enquiry form. Your name, email address and phone number, the project and unit you are interested in, your message, and the language of the page you sent it from. We use these only to answer your enquiry.
Project kit download. Your name and email address. They go to our sales office, which may reply by email to answer your questions and follow up on your interest in AQUA ORGWAN Resort.
We use this information because you asked us to: we need it to answer your request before any contract is made (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We do not send newsletters, we do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside our company.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Each enquiry is delivered by email to our sales inbox. The website's server, run by our hosting provider Hostinger, also keeps a copy of each enquiry in a log, so that a message lost on the way can be recovered. Like every web server, it also records technical access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any purchase that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Cookies and your browser
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your choices: theme, currency, payment view and your shortlist of units. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Other services the site uses
Exchange rates. To show prices in US dollars or pounds, your browser fetches the day's rates from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev), a free currency service, at most once a day. Like any web request, this shows that service your IP address. Nothing else is sent.
WhatsApp. If you message us through a WhatsApp button, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Maps. The location links open Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing is loaded from Google until you click one.
Fonts. The typefaces are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to the email address above and we will reply within one month. If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the website collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
