All six Al Masriya projects are in Hurghada on the Red Sea. Aqua Palms Resort is in Al Ahyaa; Aqua Infinity Resort is on El Gouna Road; Aqua Blue Bay sits directly on the beach; and AQUA ORGWAN Resort is minutes from El Gouna.

Aqua Palms Resort, Aqua Infinity Resort and Almaza Suites Project have listed units in completed buildings — eight in total. AQUA ORGWAN Resort, under construction for July 2028, has 352 units released off plan across 62 layouts, from 30 m² studios to 137 m² three-bedroom apartments. Aqua Tropical Resort and Aqua Blue Bay Project are sold out.

All unit prices are set and published in euro. The currency selector in the header converts them for reference only — the euro figure is the contractual price.

It depends on the unit, and each listing says so explicitly. For the Aqua Palms studio, maintenance fees are required and paid together with the purchase price. Where a listing says nothing about maintenance, that is not a promise that there is no fee — ask the sales office before you budget.

Yes, on units where an instalment plan is published. Units C103 and C205 at Aqua Infinity Resort, for example, carry a 40% discount for cash and 35% off on instalments. Ask us for the plan attached to the unit you are considering.

Yes. Five of our six projects are complete and handed over. The Aqua Palms studio, for instance, is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy.

Completion is expected in July 2028. The project offers premium Red Sea living minutes from El Gouna, with waterfront views and world-class amenities. 352 units are released for sale now, with published cash prices from €20,616 and a 40% cash discount across the release.

Our listings are currently for sale. The Aqua Palms page carries a for sale / for rent switch, and when rental units are released they appear there. In the meantime, tell us your dates and unit type and we will let you know what is available.

We publish unit counts per project — 300 at Aqua Palms, around 270 at Aqua Tropical, 30 at Aqua Blue Bay, approximately 340 at Aqua Infinity and 40 at Almaza Suites. A company-wide delivered-units total and combined project area are not published, so we do not quote a figure for them.
